Pad is too small for small toe alignment. I asked the difference between the Poly-Gel #1104-M and the #1035-M before purchasing. I was advised by the Natracure rep to purchase the 1104 (small) for small toe. I ordered both because the response did not provide the differences between the two styles. The 1104 Small is smaller – the loop is smaller than the 1035 Small/Medium and the pad is significantly smaller than the 1035 Small/Medium. I RUN WITH THIS 🙂 I wear this toe separator exactly as shown in the picture. My toe next to my pinkie toe want to point toward and under my middle toe. I am an ultra runner and always end up with damaged toenails and soreness after a long 50K+ run. It’s comfortable and virtually disappears after I start running, correcting my stride with no chafing issue or rubbing. It has not fallen off or come loose during a run for me.
