This item was charged per directions, would not turn on after several attempts. Finally when it turned on the vibration can not be felt however makes a loud noise. Used once, after 2.5 min on hot wanted to try cold mode but would not turn back on. Biggest waste of money. I would recommend spending more on one of the other companies offering similar devices. The idea behind this device is great…
