Fake. If you’re thinking that it’s safe to buy this item because most of the reviews are positive, DON’t. I’m certain that most of the good reviews belong to people who also received a fake iron and just don’t know it. It might work great, but it’s not worth the money you’re paying. Plus, the Chi warranty is void if bought online – so even if it is real, why pay this much money for an iron that has no warranty?
