The trays are not deep enough to accommodate even very small rings in the ring sections, with or without the decorative pearls. Neither the lid or the drawer will close with a ring in place. I wear a size 4 ring for reference. Other than that, it really is a gorgeous jewelry box. Wish the trays were deep enough for rings and cuff bracelets, though!

It’s glass with an antique nickel metal frame that looks like lace (tiny hearts). The feet are sturdy and even. The frames is well made sans sharp edges.
