Cuts off too early due to overheating. Is there a warranty? This hair dryer is very quiet – when it works properly. After about two months of use (daily use for one person), it started to prematurely overheat and cut off. Even at the low heat setting, it doesn’t stay on long enough to finish drying hair. I tried to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair but I’m not sure who to contact. I wrote to Sally Beauty Products and I got no response. If there is a warranty on this product I’d like to hear about how to use it. Right now we need to buy…
Nice and quiet and lightweight While not “whisper” quiet, this dryer is much quieter than any other dryer I have had. It is also very lightweight and the toggle controls are easy to use. It drys my very short hair very quickly. I find the medium temp setting to be hot enough.
