This product started out to be amazing until two weeks ago This product started out to be amazing until two weeks ago, the plastic top has cracked and I have contacted the company anrvthey have not responded. Also I sent my registration warrenty for the product and it was sent back to me because because the company address has changed or not in business. Do not purchase this product!
love this i really love this pportablehot towel steamer. it has a timer on how long it steams n cuts off on its own :)i only dislike that the towel get cold fast but it really feels good on my clients n the tongs are very useful. im thinking of ordering a second one.i recommend this to any therapists or spas.
