Good for this vain yoga lady I love doing yoga and pilates and have been embarassed by the callouses on the soles of my feet. Best foot file I have ever owned!! I wear flip flops all the time and as a result can have horrible heals. If I use this file and moisturizer, my heels stay smooth and soft.
