This does a great job of de-tangling my hair without being to rough that more hair falls off. This comb is affordable and great for my hair. As I grow older…. my hair falls off on it’s own on a daily basis =( through showers, brushing and just living. I don’t know if its, age, genetics, shampoo or what. I bought several of these so I could start treating … I bought several of these so I could start treating my curly hair properly…I had been using a paddle brush but learned that was likely doing damage. These have been working well, I still am able to get the tangles out. I did notice they are a little sharp where the mold line is on the comb teeth, one is sharper than the others, though they don’t hurt if I run my hand over it I do notice when I scrape it on my scalp or neck…so I will need to file that down or something.
great at reducing frizz-induced volume, but the teeth are pretty sharp I wanted a cheap detangling comb to put in my purse. I find this type of item to be better for reducing frizz and volume (my hair gains volume with humidity and it is very humid here lately) during the day, as opposed to brushes, which do not always smooth things out.I am basically happy with this.
