Like safety children scissors. The scissors did not match my particular need but the company cares about their product and the happiness of their customers they offered many options to resolve my complaint.
Convenient case. Decent quality. This is a neat and compact kit with all the basics that you need for at home hair cutting. Perhaps not the same quality as professional, but it serves the purpose. Certainly better than paper scissors!After returning from the hairdresser with my bangs still longer and falling in my eyes I decided to order this kit so that I could fix my bangs myself.
