Warning: This unit is very powerful. Gently rotate (back and forth or side to side) over the callous/corn/hard skin area for 2-3 seconds. Stop and check if you achieved the softness you desire. Feel like I lost 5 lbs! Well I went back and forth about which product I should buy bc I have some nasty dry feet! Went with this one bc of the cord instead of batteries. It is Freaking amazing. In my pics I have the before, then the after with the blue insert file (which is what comes with the machine) then the final after I did the green one which I guess is the most hardcore one. (I had to order these separate)I do wish the machine came with the green ones instead of the blue ones as my feet needed the strongest…

Fabulous I long ago concluded that the traditional ways of removing thickened hardened skin on the feet, such as pumice stones, balms and lotions, do not work.
