but it works better when the hair has a little length to it It does pluck the hairs, but it works better when the hair has a little length to it. If ur not use to plucking hair with tweezers, it may take some time getting used to it pulling hair out. U should also let the epilator hover just above the skin touching lightly instead of pressing directly on the skin if u want it to b more effective. It takes some practicing but it works.
