bad chair putting together when my son got his chair it comes in 3 boxes it had loose screws in box of 3rd one air line was pinched powerbox on underside not put together right right side cushions wouldn’t work and not recline but he got it working but should not of had to fix it himself

A satisfactory chair👍👍 The chair after been in use for a few days, was satisfactory, it’s easier to install than expected, took about an hour. The leather feels good, there is no unpleasant smell, the motor noise is very small, and the remote control is very easy. The massage experience is also perfect which is very helpful for relieving my shoulder pain.
