Perfect iron for thick hair. If you see a bad review about this iron most likely their hair is thin and damaged. I have damaged, thick hair and the iron made my hair super sleek and it wasn’t on the highest heat. It has done great great for my hair with smoothing it and I have natural curly hair.

Heats up quickly. Let’s me just start by saying the color is beautiful. Obsessed with rose gold and this thing is a beauty. Aside from that it heats up quickly, I like watching the number go up as it comes to temperature. The steam option can be turned on and off which is handy. It can also be locked closed when I am done with styling my hair to prevent getting burned accidentally. I found this to be a major plus since my old one didn’t have this option.
