How to use?

May work for smaller feet Does not have enough strength to keep toes from overlapping.Runs small and doesnât work well for larger mans foot. Would probably work well for smaller feet without severe deformities.Did return and received refund. Thanks
Comfortable and easy to get on and off Comfortable and easy to get on and off. Typically have to give toes a break every 30 min with other separators, but have left these in hours at the time without discomfort, but seemingly same effect. Look forward to spending even more time in them than I already have, just since opening package.
Great for martial arts practice Though I didn’t use this product for the suggestions it offers in the description, I used it for martial arts practice to help with footing on slippery surfaces. These things work wonders for training moments and be sure to give that little extra needed traction. They are quite flexible and durable and soft enough they don’t interfere with your routine, sometimes all you need is a little extra grip in the toe area and these offer that.
