They work on the upper layers, not deep in skin Don’t work on me, but I can see how they would work on younger people with more regular acne. If you have deep bumps under your skin, these will not work. I have a bunch of small bumps (or small cysts) deep under my skin that these will not get to. Even the sharp end cannot pierce deep enough. I will have to go to a doctor where they use a laser to zap deep into the skin and then the doctor can extract. These are simply for the upper layers of skin.
