Missing screws, shoddy construction. Mirror came without screws for mounting in the wall. Those are easy to find in a hardware store, but being missing is representative of the lack of attention to basic quality. My favorite mirror ever! This mirror has been a welcome addition to my bathroom. It mounts with no issues and has hung perfectly steady for 6 years in two different homes.
