Watered down product, broken pump tops. Has the company changed it’s shampoo/body wash ingredients? This is so watered down.Maybe it was a random mishap, but BOTH my pump tops were broken.The convenience of the pump too is the main gesture I was looking for.I never thought I’d doubt Johnson’s & Johnson’s brand of anything..but I’ll never but their shampoo/body wash again that’s for sure.Suave here I come.
Not buying again Poor packaging design. The pump gets stuck all the time, and delivers very little of the product. The cap comes off easily, my 2yo has no problem removing it. The straw looking part inside the bottle also comes off very easily, he was able to simply slide it off and throw it down the drain through one of the holes, not fun to retrieve this. I ended up transferring the product to an old bottle that I hadnât discarded yet. Not sure if there has been a change in the formula too? Now he cries…
The new pump-style container is crap! I recently bought two different Johnson products – both with the new ‘pump’ action. First of all, the pump is hard to activate, compared to other pump products. Secondly, after just two uses, the top of the pump broke and I had to dismantle the whole top part of the bottle. It is now ‘open to the elements’, but that is the only way to get the content out. Two stars as the product itself is good. I might need to find an alternative container to keep it in.
