Garbage handle broke on 3rd blade 1 star because the handle itself is complete garbage unless I received a defective one. The connection that docks (received and releases) the carteidge(blade) is VERY flimsy, fragile, and does not firmly hold the blade.Mine broke on the 3 carteidge.Now I have 9 cartridges that I cannot use.Major bummer because the blades are excellent durable and sharp as advertised.I would give 5 stars if it was not for the totally bunk handle.
Beware the weak arms of the blade holder! The blades are sharp and last the full month but keeping them anywhere in the shower will result in quick rusting on brand new blades. Also, the plastic handle that holds the blades is setup to fail. One of the itty bitty teeny weeny little arms that hold the blades broke off so this item is pretty much useless to me. I have to hold it down on my face to use it and that results in a pretty unsatisfactory result.
Dissatisfied with customer service I bought this six months back. The razor handle that holds or clips into the blade broke off. Now it is useless. I emailed micro touch and no response . So it seems as though very poor customer service.
