Reef Safe Sunscreen and Worked Great! I was initially worried that this sunscreen would not be a high enough SPF for my family and I, but I really wanted to purchase a reef safe sunscreen for snorkeling in HI. Even though this product was SPF 30, it worked great on my two kids and I. There was a reef awareness volunteer at the beach and he looked at the ingredients and said that MR POOL PARTY is 100% reef safe. It comes in a stick form, but it goes on the skin like a thick lotion. I kept spreading and massaging it out on kids’ skin…
Love, love it! Skin tone: olive. I use it on my hands when I am driving. It goes on white. No way around that. It does become less noticeable once you rub it in but it still leaves a slight white cast. However, the formula isn’t oily. I have used other sunscreen sticks and they were all oily. Finally! A natural sunscreen that works, and doesn’t wash off easily I have tried numerous “natural” sunscreens (made with zinc oxide) over the past few years. Most of them weren’t very effective because they would wash off too easily, and they weren’t very easy to apply to my kids because they were too watery and would tend to get in their eyes.I finally tried this sunscreen stick, and I’m so glad I did.
