It’ll straighten your hair eventually, but it’s definitely no better than any other $25 straightener. I mean, it straightens, yes. However, it does not heat as quickly as I was led to believe and it doesn’t maintain heat as consistently as I was led to believe. It is definitely a $25 straightener and I shouldn’t have expected it to be amazing, but I have pretty standard hair (light wave, but long length) and at a heat of 420°, I was having to go over sections repeatedly.
