is that it does not actually seem to cool my face I have been using the non-cooling sensitive post shave balm by Nieva for years so I decided to try this new cooling one out. It seems they changed the formula as this one is slightly more runny than the non-cooling version. It smells nicer though, a mild to medium ‘men’s scent,’ is what I can describe it as.
