and is easy to clean I’ll only be using this on my beard, which is kept at a 1-1.5 on the dial. It cuts well, stays charged for a few uses, and is easy to clean. The plastic guard doesn’t move at all, its all in the dial on the unit. The width of the blades is longer than i expected, so it’s not easy to fine tune trim, but there are other models that have this capability. The unit was also larger than i expected a basic beard trimmer to be.
Not So Much Purchased this for my husband going on the reviews. Overall he’s not really impressed. He says that it hurts when using it because pulls on his whiskers while trying to cut them. Back to the drawing board to find something else.
Panasonic ER-GB60 and the Norelco BT5210/42 For my full beard, I tried the Panasonic ER-GB60 and the Norelco BT5210/42. Both were very good shavers. Here is my comparison. In case it matters, Iâve sported a full beard for about 8 years and trim it to 3 different lengths â the goatee area is maintained slightly longer than the sides, and my neck, under chin, and upper cheeks are shaved clean (using a shaver â not a razor).
