Quality Emergency gear Good quality. Added one to each emergency kit : First Aid, Communication EDC pouch, Bedside kit, Bug Out Bag, Car Kit in glove compartment.Kept the film on so wouldn’t scratch. Wish it came with a sheath. I added a lanyard and put on keychain with mini-flashlight and Bic lighter and whistle. I find SOL products to be among the best out there.
Good Price, Good Quality Although I have not used it for its intended purpose, I can say that it seems like a quality product. Ill be ready to signal for help if the need arises.
Rescue Flash Mirror Very nice little mirror but with all the instruction on the back makes it so I have to use two fingers in a V to see where the reflected light is pointing. Rescue mirrors should be reflective on both sides to work properly. Still, the reflective surface is an ultra fine mirror finish and the plastic it is made of is very lightweight. The hole for the lanyard may not be in quite deep enough to keep it from breaking off with heavy use. For weight conscious travels this is a pretty light…
