Don’t waste your money … I purchased this hairdryer in October and it’s already broken!! I’ve had Solano’s in the past, and they’ve all lasted me 5+ years. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since I’m unable to return this!!!! What a waste of $150 … if you want the quality, you apparently need to purchase from the Solano website directly, as I’ve done in the past – they will at least honor their products beyond 30 days.

It comes with a 2 year warranty, and after that, you can have it completely repaired no matter the problem for $30! The company states that they would rather have you get it repaired than to toss it into a landfill! So after 12 years, and dropping it repeatedly it needed a new plastic case and new grill. I sent it in with $30 for the repair and it came back in brand new condition! Remember my hairdryer was 12 years old…
