Great for hard to manage hair! I have curly,frizzy, hard to manage hair. I have to straighten when I blow dry with a round brush and then use the flat iron. I’ve never been able to get all my hair straight. This flat iron is the best one I have ever used for my hair. It’s shiny and soft. It took half the time to straighten my hair. Highly recommend this one!
Just like salon These are fantastic flat Irons. Great for natural African American hair. Be sure to condition very well and detangle with a blow dryer that has a comb attachment. These heats up fast. It was a little tricky to lock them but we finally figured it out.
Not Happy 10/2017 Purchased this flat iron a couple weeks ago. The directions in filling the tank were not accurate. There were a lot of mis-spelled words in the pamphlet. I finally figured out how to fill the tank (without the dropper that it shows in the pictures as it was not included) and it worked just fine for about a week – then the tank cracked – water everywhere. Not a steam iron without steam, eh? I don’t believe that this design is good for this product.
