I like that it gets very hot I like that it gets very hot, but what I don’t like is the steam doesn’t come out like it should it doesn’t make my hair straight.

Awesome straightener I have not permed my hair in two years. This was amazing, it straightens my hair bone straight with just one swipe. Honest! Two swipes it was as if I permed my hair. I wish the tank was larger and the numbers that show the temperature was more visible but other than that love it!

Did not work! Could not get the product to “spray” – it was like using a flat iron with no steam – the outer parts heated up also, could not use it without almost burning myself. My husband and I played with it for over an hour and read everything that we could find on-line and still could not get it to make steam.
