A pretty darn good blade…but made in Russia Astra was a Czech Republic based company that was bought up by Gillette (which is owned by parent company Procter & Gamble). These are made by ZAO Petersburg Products in Russia for Proctor & Gamble(Gillette). Some say they are also made in Turkey but I have seen no proof of this. I have only observed Russian made but distributed and labeled for sale in Turkey.
