I expected a better quality product Despite thorough packaging, my 125 piece towel warmer unit arrived dented in the corners. For $410 ($110 of that being shipping), I expected a better quality product. Unit is clearly poorly made. The outer shell is made of thin metal sheets (hence the dents). And there is no way that it can hold 125 towels. It can comfortably fit maybe 40 tea towels (like shown in product picture). While the unit has worked well for the month that I’ve had it, I don’t anticipate it lasting more than a year.
