Be aware that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately, so please allow an extra day or two after the delivery of the first box, for the arrival of the rest of your packages.
Due to the high cost of shipping and large size of boxes, we will only accept returns due to a defect in the chair.

Competes well against the high end cost chairs in retail stores…. Purchased this chair because I need it after work and I had sat in almost every massage chair at a retail store – the high ends and the low ends. In my opinion this chair competes with the high end chairs that cost thousands of dollars. Per the video link they sent to assemble the chair, it was up in about an hour – no issues.
