Be aware that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately, so please allow an extra day or two after the delivery of the first box, for the arrival of the rest of your packages.
Due to the high cost of shipping and large size of boxes, we will only accept returns due to a defect in the chair.
If you choose to return the chair for other reasons, you will be charged the full cost of shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

It is a nice chair for the features and the price. The chair came in 3 packages and it was easy to assemble. It was a great value for the money. There is air pressure for arms, legs, and neck, a heated vibrating seat, and massaging balls for the back and the feet. The chair can recline completely horizontal and can play music.You can’t adjust to different heights and the massaging balls don’t move vertically nor target one spot.Overall it is a nice chair for the features and the price.
