Would not recommend. Steamer and/or magnifying arm have broken 3 times in one year. This machine was purchased for the Aesthetics department of our clinic. It was purchased and installed in June 2016, by July 2016 the magnifying arm cracked. As it is designed to be adjustable and was only used as designed, this was very disappointing. Replacement part was provided and replaced. By February 2017, both the steamer arm and magnifier were cracked. Machine was sent in for repair and returned. We are now 1 year past point of purchase and the steamer arm is broken again. I would not…
The light part of the machine won’t stay in place … The light part of the machine won’t stay in place where I need it to be. It fell on a clients head. It won’t screw tighter and I don’t know what to do
This steamer is great for at-home use This steamer is great for at-home use. It operates really well and produces a lot of steam. There are only a few things that I noticed that could be improved upon. 1. The equipment feels a little cheap. I feel like I have to be careful when moving it because I’m scared I will break it. 2.
