I solved mounting and fog. Now happy. First, let me say the customer service from the vendor was excellent. The product comes with a plastic disc for an alternative mounting method, which I accidentally threw away. When I wrote the vendor asking for another one, they replied that they do not stock the disc separate from the mirror, but they would see what they could do.
