I like product. Smaller than thought would be…heats to hot to touch…wave in the air a few times before placing on client. Am a massage therapist and use for heating towels to warm feet of some clients. I like product…glad I purchased, not sure I would repurchase as was looking for larger warmer (wider).
Rendering the door useless. We contacted the company to try and have … We purchased the product three months ago.Two months after we purchased the product, one of the pins in the hinge of the door fell out or broke. Rendering the door useless. We contacted the company to try and have the product repaired or returned and they only quoted their 30 day return policy. Very disappointed in their customer service.
This towel warmer is perfect for tiny spaces This towel warmer is perfect for tiny spaces, but if your tiny space does lots of volume and you go through a lot of towels in a day, go with a bigger one. For us, it holds 6 wet, rolled, hand towels. We have a crockpot with hot back-ups to refill in a pinch. I am happy to have this system in place because this little warmer takes up hardly any counter space and we like that. I am just bringing awareness to its capacity before you buy it and wish for something larger…
