DANGEROUS! FIRE HAZARD! DO NOT BUY! I only gave it 1 start so that I could leave a review. I bought this a year ago, but had only used it a few times and when I do use it it’s never above medium heat.I was going to use it today, turned it on and went to do a few other things. When I came back to stir the wax I smelled something burning and found that it was the bottom of the pot.Imagine if I hadn’t come back in to stir it when I did. Save your money and buy from reputable manufacturer Cheap product. Cannot control temperature and turn button. Packaging looked cheap and looked like opened before.
FIRE HAZARD! DO NOT BUY! First time I used this machine on medium heat setting, the permanent metal bowl burned all the way through to the bottom of the machine. I was watching this machine and stirring the wax when I started smelling wood burning after five minutes. It did not take it long to do this at all.
