love my prime Product is as described and arrived same day.. love my prime! This is the first straightener I’ve had that has a temp setting so I’m still getting used to that. I have been putting it around 230 and it seems to work fine. My hair is thick and coarse with a wave and this definitely straightens it. I’m not sure who uses the 400 degree setting but I’m assuming there is a reason it goes that high. I wish it had a little loop to hang it on a hook. Other than that.. I’m happy with it.
