Very lightweight. Give it time to “season”. This brush fits in my purse, but “small” doesn’t exactly describe it. It’s the same size as most brushes (8 1/4″ long x 1 1/2″ wide). That said, it is very light weight–less weight than a typical plastic brush–so it’s a big improvement in terms of weight versus my usual metal-pinned brushes. exactly what I wanted, good quality I have the large square paddle brush by this brand and I bought this one to go in my backpack so I can enjoy the natural bristles on the go as well. My old plastic brush feels like brushing with broken wires compared to these guys. So far this thing has stood up to my demands on it really well.
