Works great! I was worried this wouldn’t work because my beard isn’t all that thick. Thankfully it does and keeps everything in check and not all over the place. Deducted one star because it smells like bicycle grease. I got used to it and it’s not noticeable by others (unless their nose is right up against your beard).
I really like the hold that this product offers I really like the hold that this product offers. Thou it’s greasier than most other balms, it works better than any other I’ve used in keeping stray hairs in place. That being said, I stopped using it after three days. The only reason is the smell. I chose the “naked” variety because of the negative reviews that the scented product got due to its smell, but let me tell you that this product also has a strong odor to it. It smells like petroleum jelly mixed with motor oil, and it lingers…
Beard Approved, Wife Approved…Shoe Approved? I love this stuff! I’ve tried a few balms, oils, and waxes but keep coming back to Beard Balm Naked Heavy Duty. I have a pretty coarse beard and sensitive skin and this stuff is perfect for me.
