Stains. Too bulky and heavy. It really is a cute bag and it does function as described.So why then, do I not like it? I found the white exterior stains almost immediately. I wasn’t able to wipe off some red residue that it appeared to have arrived with, in addition to one or two faint marks the lid acquired on my desk while I was organizing my makeup into it. Sturdy/well made I didn’t review all the pictures well enough as I believed I was ordering a silver case as shown in the first picture. It’s actually white. Bigger than I’d expected. Sturdy, well made but the dividers are not adjustable. Happy with item overall.
