Top quality I bought this to try and save a little money on manicures and pedicures by doing them myself. I found that it works best for pedicures. It’s a little harder to do you own manicure. I liked the fact that it has a cord to plug it in to the electric. The last one I had ran on batteries and wasn’t very powerful. It doesn’t bog down when you apply pressure like some do. I like the variable speed and it has a light so you can see what you are doing. This is a top quality item. It’s a little pricey…
