Great product. Great product, instructions could be better. I saw others comments about brushing before I purchased and took what they’d said into account. It does say in the instructions not to keep the item in one place for to long, and as long as you don’t then you’ll be fine. I’ve used mine several times, it really works and I’ve not had any problem or bruising.
