it is a good product but you must ensure, follow the instructions. If you don’t steam your face it is a good product but you must ensure, follow the instructions. If you don’t steam your face as advised you won’t remove much. Some of the heads are not really necessary and I find the larger one to be more functional. Ensure you don’t leave this in a spot for more than a few seconds as you will end up looking like you’ve got love bites..
