The construction and quality of the product is wonderful. And what made it even more special was the handwritten note from the company along with a set of ponytail holders. It works well for her hair type. I decided to use it my hair also. I have thick hair and it also worked well on my hair. It has made my hair shiny after using it for two weeks.
