Braun HC5090 Hair Clipper and Trimmer for Men,… Works well. I bought one just like this a couple years ago here on Amazon and the instructions said AT THAT TIME, do not recharge until the battery is completely depleted. So I did not recharge it until the battery was dead and found that it would not recharge. It was dead as a doornail.
love the adjustable guard idea but I question the big downside Pro: adjustable guards=less changing and less storage, chargeable (lasts 40+ mins), cordless (can be operated while plugged in)Cons: major con, the lowest setting (3) and no guard have too much of a length difference which makes fading to zero/skin tricky. The previous brand I owned had this issue as well.I love the adjustable guard idea but I question the big downside I mention above. Be cautious if you intend to use if for close fades.
My experience with the Braun HC5090 When I received my Braun HC5090 from Braun the first thing I noticed was the clipper and all of its accessories came in a very convenient pouch for travel or storage. Now my personal grooming habits are to clean up my facial hair about once a month, and the HC5090 could handle my beard no problem.
