Renowned Braun Quality Slipping I have used Braun shavers for over 20 years. As with so many brands, their quality is not what it used to be. Case in point, this shaver. It’s a perfectly ordinary shaver, I like that you can wash it under the tap, and it shaves fine. However, after only 8 months’ use, it failed to stay on. Good Electric Razor Good shaver. I’ve used it daily for about 2 months now and really like it. Only 4 stars because of a couple of minor things. It does not shave as close as a blade – which I expected. But there are times I have to go over and over an area to get it as close as it can. Good shaver I used foil shavers many years ago but at some point switched to rotary shavers. Mine was coming due for replacement cutters but they now require you to buy a complete head. Given the outrageous cost of the head I decided to give a foil a try again.
