Extremely disappointed. I was extremely disappointed in this product! My mother in law got a brilliance New York diamond iron last winter from a woman’s expo. I fell in love with that straightener. It too was originally around $300 like this one but she got a “deal”, they told her by getting it for $200. When i saw this one on Amazon for around $50 I was thrilled!!
