Great Customer Service When I first received this, I got the solid grey broshaver (the original design). I think this would possibly work for guys with no curves on their backs (ie, fat) but for me it sliced me up badly. I tried doing it as carefully as possible, different blades, etc. Bad bleeding was always on the menu and the broshaver liked to cook… NOW I have to say that I contacted the people there and they quickly sent me the updated broshaver (with the orange guard).
