Suspicious contents and shady no-return policy If I could do 0 stars, I would. Iâve been buying this product for years, so I know what itâs contents should look like â this isnât it. The usual product is creamy; this is a clearer, liquid soap. I donât trust that itâs the real thing, so Iâm not going to use it (especially since itâs for my daughter). When I went to return it (actually, the 3 bottles that I ordered), I discovered that it canât be returned. Unbelievable. Last time Iâll be buying this product on amazon.
prefer scent-free, but this is ok baby at first complained about the scent, which is very mild to me personally. but that was only for the first few times of using it, and haven’t heard since.other than that, does what soap needs to do. cleans well, rinses off easily, no residue or any other issues.
Doesn’t clean well, doesn’t get very “soapy” I love Burts products, but this one… not so much. It didn’t get very soapy/bubbly/sudsy when trying to wash my kids, and I didn’t feel like it cleaned them very well. I used it a few times and decided I didn’t like it so I purchased another product from a different company.
