I thought it would be exactly like one I already have since it was the same … I thought it would be exactly like one I already have since it was the same brand and wattage. Instead, it is way way louder and more high pitched sounding. It doesn’t dry my hair as fast. I tried to use this dryer’s diffuser on my old dryer since the only thing wrong with the old one is a broken diffuser but it didn’t fit. I know have to buy a third one but I’ll do it in person to make sure it’s the same one as the first.

Good Valuex but dont expect high end results Doesn’t dry very fast. I use this on my daughters very fine and not long toddler hair… it does the job and I love the safety of having a retractable cord. I use a really nice blow dryer for myself so I’m just used to a quicker dry experience. Overall this is an excellent value

Cord keeper breaks within a few months. Junk I like how this hair dryer works. It’s a little hot but I just use it on medium. The diffuser works great. However, the cord keeper broke within a couple of months. I now have barely any cord to work with. Yes it has a 2 yr warranty but you have to mail the product out and include $5. By the time I pay for shipping and the additonal $5, I can buy a different one that won’t break.
