did not dispense from bottle the lotion will not come out of the bottle! yes, i turned the cap to the right position first, but no lotion. not a drop. although i usually buy Coppertone suntan lotion, i won’t be ordering this one again!

Fun to apply but just as thick and sticky as lotion We got this hoping that it would be easier to rub in than the typical baby sunscreen which stays white and sticky forever! It’s a little easier but not as much as I was hoping–not the whipped cream texture I was hoping for. It basically dissolves into a thick white lotion when you rub it between your hands. I will say there’s definitely a “fun factor” in squirting the moose out which would appeal to older kids who need encouraging to apply their own sunscreen.

Not completely mineral based and has parabens I am very picky about the sunscreen I use for my children because I’m aware that sometimes the chemicals used for sunscreen are harmful to their endocrine systems. This was advertised as being a mineral-based sunscreen which is why I got it. Mineral based sunscreens use Zinc Oxide or Titanium oxide and provide an actual physical barrier to the harmful UVA and UVB rays. You can tell it’s mineral based when you apply it and you see the whiteness that doesn’t really go away with rubbing. In this…
