Wonât turn on/ good customer service I bought this diffuser after reading several positive comments about it. Iâve plugged it in and followed the instructions but it will not work! The lights wonât turn on and the mist doesnât work. Very upset………UPDATE: upon hearing this info the company it was from was extremely helpful, easy to work with and offered me a refund! More companies need to be kind and helpful like this one!
Good I really like this diffuser – It functions very well. it will last through the night – steady setting will last 2-3 hours. It is just what I needed with a small footprint. The lights cycle through many colors and can also be set to off.It’s not, but I do not care for the look of it.I have bought two of these in the past 3 months. One to use in my kids room and one in my room. I have to say I bought two diffusers in the past that were pretty expensive and those died on me with in a few weeks…
